Panel Discussion
Join the Chicago Foto League at the Leica Gallery in downtown Chicago for a panel discussion with our founding members. We'll be sharing insights into our individual photographic practices, previewing our upcoming classes and workshops, and speaking openly about the concerns and challenges tied to our mission as an organization.
Launch Party
Join us at Marz Brewery as we celebrate the official launch of the Chicago Foto League! Come raise a glass with fellow photographers, meet the community, and help kick off our mission to support and grow photography in Chicago. This event also doubles as a fundraiser — all proceeds will go toward our Spring Semester Scholarship Fund.
Critique Group
Join the Chicago Foto League for our monthly critique group, held every third Monday of the month, from 6-8pm, at Filter Photo. See our Critique Group page for more information and frequently asked questions. Our instructors and guest artists will guide you through two hours of thoughtful critiques of work brought in by members of our photography community. Come to have your work critiqued, participate in the conversation, or simply spectate. It's a great chance to connect with fellow photographers, dive into rich discussion about our craft, and learn from the perspectives and experiences of your peers. Foto Flow
Come join our friends at Foto Flow for an evening of photography slideshows at Schubas Tavern (Upstairs). Doors open at 6pm, the slideshows will be 7:30–9pm. Chicago Foto League will do a brief meet and greet during intermission.
